- Guarantor’s agreement – common 258 (two copies)
- Guarantor’s salary details attached (Certified)
- If Guarantor is over 50 years, pension conversion promissory statement.
Important
- Guarantor’s service should be more than 10 years.
- Guarantor’s age must be below 50 years.
- left of 40% of guarantor’s salary must be enough to cover the installment and the interest.
- Guarantor must be permanent on pensionable position

- if buying letter of applicant (chapter 30) and sellers national identity card or any valid identity card or driving license or passport that is not expired.
